Overview of Penang City Tour

Each Penang City Tour group scheduled with Faseha Travel and Tours will be carried out over 4 hours from 10AM-2PM, commencing at a rendezvous point set by Faseha. Kindly prepare your own car or other vehicle to travel to the rendezvous point in advance.

Bookings for each tour group may be made with a reservation for either an MPV or a family van, at the following price and capacity:

1. - RM300 for an MPV, holding a group of 2-4 pax
2. - RM400 for a family van, holding a group of 4-8 pax

The city tour begins with the crossing of the majestic Penang Bridge, a magnificent suspension bridge and a fine work of architecture with a length of 8.4 kilometers that serves as an iconic passageway to the island and a sign of more impressive sights to come.

The first destination on the itinerary is Penang Hill, also known as Flagstaff Hill or Bukit Bendera. Accessible by the old-fashioned Penang Hill railway, Bukit Bendera holds historical value as the site of numerous rustic yet beautiful colonial residences and bungalows constructed in the area. This includes Bel Retiro, a home constructed by Captain Francis Light, Superintendent of Prince of Wales Island in 1789, to serve as a home for himself and other governors of Penang to come.
